Aerology studies the processes occurring in the near-surface atmospheric layer. To do this, atmospheric parameters are measured at various altitudes, thus studying the vertical profile of the atmosphere. Aerological measurements are typically carried out using a radiosonde, for example.

The aim of the project is to map the reporting obligations of forest owners, data flow models, identify overlaps, and find opportunities to standardize data, processes, and reports, while avoiding the addition of extra reporting obligations for forest owners.
