The month as a whole is expected to be close to normal both in terms of air temperature (normal –2.7 to +1.6°C) and precipitation (norm 38–70 mm).

In 2025, the NORDLIS lightning detector network registered a total of 29 472 cloud-to-ground lightning strikes in Estonia. This is slightly more than the 2005-2024 average, which is over 27 000 cloud-to-ground strikes.
