- What is additional access needed for in the KESE information system?

Additional user rights are required in KESE for processing monitoring tasks, entering monitoring data, or viewing restricted access data. Restricted access data in KESE include monitoring data that have been entered into the database but are pending approval and publication, as well as location data and related reports for species in protection categories I and II.
User roles define permitted actions:
- Monitoring operator: enters monitoring data; can see data necessary for their work.
- Officer: processes monitoring tasks and can view the entire system content; can see all monitoring tasks but can only modify data related to themselves.
- Environmental specialist: uses monitoring data and can view the entire system content; can see all monitoring data but cannot make changes.
- Where to contact to obtain additional access to the KESE information system?

To apply for additional user rights, a justified request must be sent to the email address @email. The message should include your personal identification code and information about what you wish to do or find in the information system.
If the request is approved, a user registered with the personal identification code (roles such as official, monitor, or environmental specialist) will be created in the system. Registered users can log into KESE using an ID card, Mobile-ID, or Smart-ID.
- Where can I find the user guides for KESE?

User guides can be accessed on the same page by clicking on "Guides." In the KESE application, the same page opens under the "Help" button.
- Some KESE modules do not appear to be working properly.

First, please check which web browser you are using. We recommend using Google Chrome. Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge are also suitable browsers. Internet Explorer is not recommended because its platform does not support newer software, so pages for new modules often do not open. If the problem persists, please send an email to @email.
